TXT2PAY Outbound - Infobip Outgoing SMS delays

Message by our SMS service provider:


Please, note that we have observed issues with traffic processing at our main platform which was affecting part of the traffic on our SMPP and HTTP end-points.

You might have experienced delayed responses or timeouts during the incident time window. The preliminary results of investigation suggest that the issue was caused on the messaging processing level.
